Erika Drake

Founder and CEO

Erika is the Founder and CEO of FirstLine Mobile Services, bringing 17 years of professional experience in Probation, Parole, and Community Corrections, including 15 years of service in North Carolina and 2 years in Virginia.

Throughout her career, Erika held positions requiring a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, sound judgment, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her extensive experience within the criminal justice system has given her a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy, discretion, reliability, integrity, and professional ethics.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. She is also a commissioned North Carolina Notary Public and has completed professional fingerprinting certification, further expanding her qualifications in identity verification, document services, and client-focused professional services.

After leaving state service, Erika founded FirstLine Mobile Services with the goal of making essential identity, document, and administrative services more convenient and accessible. FirstLine was built around the idea that professional services should not only be accurate and dependable, but also accessible to people who may benefit from having those services brought directly to them.

As Founder and CEO, Erika oversees the company’s operations while also working directly with clients. The principles that guided her throughout 17 years in Probation, Parole, and Community Corrections—integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, professionalism, and respect—continue to guide the way FirstLine serves its clients today.

For Erika, FirstLine represents an opportunity to bring together nearly two decades of public-service experience, advanced education, professional credentials, and a commitment to helping others. Her goal is to provide every FirstLine client with a service experience that is professional, convenient, dependable, and personal.
